What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll provide administrative and organizational support to multiple attorneys while helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. Responsibilities include:

• Managing attorney calendars, scheduling, and case deadlines
• Coordinating client meetings and court appearances
• Communicating professionally with clients, attorneys, court personnel, and colleagues
• Drafting and preparing correspondence and legal documents
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail and filings
• Answering and directing phone calls and messages
• Organizing and preparing documents for client execution
• Assisting with electronic filing systems, legal technology, and office workflows

What We’re Looking For

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word, and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong English grammar, writing, and proofreading skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask and work well with a variety of people
• Comfortable learning and using legal technology and court-filing systems
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Legal secretary, paralegal certification, or related college degree
• Prior experience in a law office or legal support role
• Familiarity with legal terminology, court procedures, and legal documentation
